Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly refund, exchange or provide store credit if the product you receive is faulty, has been grossly misrepresented or damaged while in transit provided you do the following:

  • You must notify us of the problem immediately via email/phone within 30 days of receipt of items.
  • Returned goods are sent back at your cost if you have made a mistake in your order or decided that the item ordered does not suit your needs.
  • If the item is faulty, we would be happy to pay the freight to have it sent back to us. This helps us improve our quality control. Once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement at no charge (Yazzii will cover the postage for this)
